Chris brings over a decade of experience in the commercial and residential construction sectors. Having worked in aluminium fabrication, refurbishments, demolition, landscaping and property maintenance, his work ethic and leadership promote the reliability and commitment that form our company’s foundation. Chris has extensive experience implementing site safety and environmental management processes, ensuring each project is delivered safely and efficiently while limiting the impact on the surrounding environment. Chris is highly experienced in managing high-risk work activities to ensure workplace safety is always a top priority. Chris is responsible for safety policy implementation, inductions, issuing high-risk work permits and tool-box talks.
Chris is a proud Indigenous man of the Quandamooka people (North Stradbroke Island) and an all-round nice guy. Chris is an active member of the indigenous community and is looking to further build opportunities within our organisation, to mentor, educate and engage indigenous Australians.
Ian has over a decade of experience in fitouts across the Government, Office, Retail and Hospitality sectors. Ian is our big picture thinker and has evolved a business model to maximise value to our clients'while reducing their costs. Ian’s knowledge and professionalism towards all stages of the fitout process mean our clients can focus on the more essential things. As a tradesman, Ian has developed a critical understanding of industry best practice guidelines and a complex understanding of drawing details and construction processes.
Ian has extensive experience as a Construction Manager including; estimating, supervision of projects, programming of works (MS Project), site inspections, dilapidation reports, expert building consultancy, preparation of government tender submissions, client-side project management, coordination of subcontractors, procurement of materials and client liaison.

We continuously review ways to enhance sustainability throughout a project's lifecycle, factoring in the improvement of practices and products, and engaging the client at all key milestones for an immersive experience.
